Pathtracker is used to measure customer flow, as well as the dwell density of each part of the store. This can be applied using Radio Frequency Identification Tag (RFID), video or direct observation by a researcher with a CAPI handheld device, depending on the size of the store, nature of the project or budget.
Pathtracker shows hot and cold areas, revealing the number of passers-by, stoppers and purchasers along with the level of conversion for any product category.
