We install static cameras in the store ceiling, allowing unobtrusive recording of shopper behaviour and eliminating experimental bias. The resulting footage is watched frame by frame by our trained researchers and the data is studied and interpreted by our behavioural analysts.
Filming provides quantitative data on penetration and conversion rates and the nature and duration of shopper interactions. This enables understanding of the search and selection process and in-store visibility principles.
